10 Minute Guided Meditation for Patience & Self Love

✨Today we practiced a meditation focused on patience. Patience is one of the 7 attitudes of mindfulness.
Patience as defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn, “to be patient is simply to be completely open to each moment, accepting it in its fullness, knowing that things can only unfold in their own time.”
Practicing patience is a form of self-love.
