💚Our minds naturally do this because we are constantly analyzing and surveying on how to best survive. The problem with this mindset is that sometimes it’s difficult to find the off switch…It also may not be necessary for our survival like our brain thinks it is…
And while I’m not advocating you ignore your problems, I am instead asking you to take a moment to step back from your thoughts and notice what is here in the present moment.
