5 Minutes of Easy Breath Awareness

 

🎉Enjoy this short five-minute check-in with your breath. How often are you thinking about your breath?

🌱For me, it was not a lot until I started practicing yoga. But now it’s a regular practice for me to help stay grounded and calm down from anxious or overwhelming situations.

🏥I mean think about how we use breath in the medical field. Think about the breathwork that goes into labor or even if you’re getting a piercing. They tell you to take a deep breath. This is because our breath is such a powerful tool for pain and emotion management.

🫁So maybe today, you should try tapping into your breath for this short 5 minute guided meditation to see what you can learn about yourself or show some gratitude for how amazing the ability to breathe is. This breath awareness practice may teach you something new about yourself or if not perhaps leave you feeling a little more relaxed and at peace.
