5 Senses Meditation for Overwhelm

🧰Finding the right tools to help you return back to yourself again can be difficult.

This is why in this meditation I’m focusing on using your own 5 senses to return back to the present moment. 👀👂👅👃

You might use this practice when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed out or maybe even when you don’t know how to name what you’re feeling. This is a mindfulness practice that you can use anytime and anywhere once you get the hang of it!

In this meditation, we will explore what it’s like to feel, see, smell, taste, and hear as a way for you to become more aware of your physical body and space.
