Some of us sprung our clocks forward for Daylight Savings, but if you’re like me, it’s taking a minute or two for the body to catch up.
Have you been struggling with getting to sleep and waking up earlier?
If so, it’s ok. The mind and body need time for adjustment after changing times.
This meditation is focused on helping the mind and body prepare for rest. It can also be a great way to distress and ease the mind.
When this goes live, it might not be your bedtime…but do it anyway! This way you’ll have the breath technique down and then you can focus your attention on just being present and relaxed as you wind down for sleep!
