✨ Lion’s Breath is a fun and energizing breathing practice that can help to relieve stress and low energy during a busy day. It’s also a fun one to do with the little ones.

For this meditation, we connect with our breath, do a little stretching and then move into the Lion’s breath technique.

This practice is great for boosting confidence, re-centering and focusing your attention and perhaps finding a little laughter and joy during the day.

As described in the video, for Lion’s breath you will take a deep inhale through the nose and then exhale, sticking the tongue out and saying “HA.” Your tongue will be reaching toward your chin. You might scrunch up your face and even begin to roar like a loud proud lion.
