Soft Belly Breathing for Calm

⚠️This is your sign to slow down.

🛑Take 5 minutes and focus on breathing into your belly!

💎In this practice, we’ll be focusing on allowing the belly to be soft. When it’s soft, it helps more oxygen flow into the bottom of lungs. Oxygen is more free to be absorbed in the body and the brain.

🌱It helps to activate the vagus nerve promoting those feelings of calm and relaxation.

❤️One of my favorite things about my meditation practice is the space that you can create for yourself.

🏠This is a space where you can welcome in all that you are, exactly the way you are.

💌Everything in this space breathes acceptance.

☀️There’s never anything to hold onto or expectations of how you should or shouldn’t be meditating.

⛱️Join me in this super short and simple meditation practice to breathe in a little more calm and breathe out a little more self-love.

🌞You my friend are beautiful just the way you are. 🌴

Come and breathe with me to remind yourself of that.

Every Wednesday at 12:30PM EST, I go live on my Facebook Group, Instagram, and Youtube with a short five-to-ten-minute guided meditation to share a little mindfulness and increase awareness of your body and breath! We will generally focus on a specific intention or type of meditation. These range from loving-kindness meditation to body scan meditation practices.
