When was the last time you tried meditation to calm your feelings of overwhelm and stress?
Maybe you tried it for a few minutes but your mind kept wandering to your never-ending to-do list so you gave up because the stress of doing nothing felt “unproductive.”
🙋 I know I have and sometimes I still feel that way. But here’s the magical secret. It is working. You need patience and maybe the right meditation guidance.
✨This is why one of my favorite ways to practice meditation is through a body scan. In body scan meditations, you practice focusing your mind on your physical body which may be an easier way to get out of your head and into your body & the present moment.
Through this guided practice, remember you can go FAR meaning you can find FREEDOM from your feelings of overwhelm and stress by practicing ACCEPTANCE for where you are right now and RELEASING any judgments you may be holding. So join me for this short body scan practice so you can go FAR!
