How often do you say things like this…

❌“I’m not smart enough”

❌“I am too overweight”

❌“I’m not flexible or strong enough”

Do you ever notice how you feel after you say those things?

Maybe you cover it up with a small laugh if you have self-deprecating humor.

Seriously, even when you’re saying those things as humor or maybe as a way to diffuse a difficult situation, you are still ultimately nurturing these internal biases and negative self-talk.

 A brain is just like a muscle, the more you tell yourself these phrases the more it will become your reality.

✔️Instead, you focused on what your body and mind already do and what it can do?

✔️How do you think that might shift your mood or energy?

For today’s live meditation practice, we are going to explore gratitude as a mood booster and energy booster showing appreciation for what our mind and body can do!
