This meditation is an invitation to explore how you’re feeling in your body. It will also explore sending gratitude and appreciation towards the small things in life. This practice will leave you feeling grateful and more in tune with what you have vs. what you don’t have. Practice gratitude regularly to feel more peace and joy in your life.
