In this meditation practice, we’ll explore what it means to let go in your mind, body and heart with a short body scan from head to toe. Then, we will invite in the affirmation and mindfulness attitude of trust.

We’ll release to make more room for trust. Trusting in yourself. Trusting in your identity. And trusting you are exactly where you need to be right now.
