10 Week 1-on-1 Mindfulness Coaching for Anxiety

Faye’s greatest ally in reclaiming her life back from anxiety was developing a consistent mindfulness meditation practice. Learning how to take the meditation practice off the mat and into her everyday life was the most powerful and transformative tool of her practice.

This is the secret sauce to living a life without the control of anxiety, constant nervousness, and terrible self-doubt, anger, guilt, and so much more.

A regular mindfulness meditation practice psychologically and physically can change your brain to better respond to situations and maintain control of your mind, body and being. There are several lessons in meditation that can be unveiled through both a regular practice and an exploration of the 7 attitudes of mindfulness (Trust, Non-Judging, Non-Striving, Letting Go, Acceptance, Beginner’s Mind, and Patience).

This program will provide you…

  1. A safe space to work on your personalized goals (High stress, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, etc.)
  2. A 45 Minute Live Zoom Sessions with Faye to work on goals, practice a live meditation and create goals for the following week.
  3. Personalized Meditation Plans
  4. Library of Existing Meditation & Yoga to Facilitate Your Practice
  5. Digital Meditation Journal
  6. Text and Voice Memo support throughout the entire program

What this program requires of you…

  1. At least 30 minutes once a week for 1-on-1 meetings
  2. A commitment to practice the homework & guided meditations in the program
  3. A willingness and openness to embrace patience & self-love, as this process takes time.

Starting a Meditation Practice Hand over hearts

Work one-on-one to receive personalized guided meditations via live or sent directly to you. She focuses on mindfulness meditation practices on based on these 7 pillars of mindfulness as taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Meditation practices can be customized to fit your times.

Faye primarily practices gentle, restorative and vinyasa yoga. She will work with you one-on-one in a safe space in order to meet your desired goals. She has found these types of yoga practices to be the most helpful for working with anxiety in her body.
