💃This meditation practice is in honor of my pup for the inspiration and reminder to shake it off, as T-Swift likes to say!
🐕When my dog gets a little water on him, he will shake off all the water and then basically go nuts running around and trying to dry off. It’s quite entertaining. Have you ever seen a dog do this? Lol
🦦This practice is all about leaning into playfulness and fun to move stress and tension in the body. When we are stressed or anxious, we create tension or tightness in the body by trying to grip and hold on to something. Therefore, this practice is the exact opposite.
🤪 Instead of trying to hold on or force something to happen unnaturally, this is your invitation to let go, listen to you, and move your body in a way that feels good for you! Tell me in the comments down below how this practice went for you.
