🚀Boost your mood and your self-confidence with this short three-minute guided meditation.
This is a meditation that is recommended to do standing up, but you can also do it sitting down.
🦸♀️If you’re standing you want to take a power pose or superhero pose to create space for confidence.
This means standing with your feet about hip-width apart and placing your hands on your hips.
By taking up more space, you’re naturally going to feel more confident and strong.
You can use this meditation right when you get up as a mood and confidence booster.
🌞I’ve also found doing similar exercises or meditations like this standing in front of the mirror right before I give a presentation or lead a meeting to be extremely helpful in calming nerves and making me energized to present.
