🧰Include this 3-Part Breath in your toolbox to help manage anxiety and stress.
✨In this exercise, we’ll practice breathing in both full and sectioned breathing.
🫁We’ll inhale fully and then begin to exhale out our breath in increments of thirds!
✨This practice will increase relaxation, lung capacity and will help to lower the tension and stress you may be feeling.
