Smiling Meditation for Joy

🙅‍♀️I hate when people tell women to smile more. It’s like we have more to offer than our looks and smile.

🌻So please don’t get me wrong when I say this, but this is me being a hypocrite and telling you to try smiling more often.

🗝️The key part is not for others but for yourself!

😄When was the last time you smiled? It can be difficult sometimes to smile, but have you ever tried forcing yourself to smile?

🤔What did you notice? Perhaps, you felt silly, but did you really allow yourself to smile?

💖When you make space in your heart and mind to allow yourself to smile, it can show some powerful benefits to your overall well being.

Smiling can help you feel happier and may help with decreasing blood pressure and releasing those yummy endorphins we all enjoy. Do you think smiling will help keep you physically and mentally young?
